11th Studio is an independent creative studio based in Sydney. ABN 68 720 609 443.

This website shows our work and how to reach us. We do our best to keep it accurate and online, but the information on it is general, it may not always be up to date, and we may change, pause or remove anything on it at any time.

Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload or get unauthorised access to it, and no copying its content or code in bulk.

Sending us an enquiry doesn't commit you, or us, to anything. We'll reply within 48 hours on business days.

Any quote or proposal we send is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise. Work only starts once we've both signed a written agreement and the deposit is paid.

Every project is covered by its own written agreement, which sets out the scope, price, timeline and who owns what. If anything in these terms conflicts with your agreement, your agreement wins.

As a guide, our agreements usually include:

• half the project fee as a deposit and half at launch;
• a monthly care plan for hosting, support and updates;
• you owning your domain, your content and your customers' records, while we license the code and design to you for as long as the care plan runs;
• permission for us to show the finished work in our portfolio.

Prices are in Australian dollars. We're registered for GST, so prices are quoted plus GST unless we say otherwise, and we issue a tax invoice for every payment. Invoices are due within 7 days.

The design, code, writing, images and the 11th Studio name and wordmark on this website belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You're welcome to look and share links, but please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Client work is shown with our clients' permission. Their names, logos and trade marks belong to them.

When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, email, phone, business and message. We use them only to reply to you and, if we work together, to deliver your project.

We never sell your details. Our privacy policy explains what we collect, where it's stored and how to see, correct or delete it.

Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including the guarantees that come with our services.

Apart from those rights, and to the extent the law allows, this website is provided as it is, and we're not liable for any indirect loss from using it, such as lost profit or data. Links to other websites are there for convenience; we're not responsible for their content.

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia.
